NEXUS-SWIPE.COM is not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or any government agency. We do not represent ourselves as an official government service.

Approval decisions are made solely by government authorities. Use of our service does not guarantee approval.

2. Client Authorization

By using our service, you authorize NEXUS-SWIPE.COM to review, prepare, and/or submit your NEXUS application on your behalf using the information you provide.

You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. NEXUS-SWIPE.COM is not responsible for delays, denials, or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

3. Communication

Primary communication between NEXUS-SWIPE.COM and clients is conducted via email to ensure clear records and efficient service . This allows us to maintain clear records and provide efficient service.

4. Data Handling & Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required to submit your application.

If login credentials are provided by the client, they are used solely for authorized application submission.

5. Fees

NEXUS-SWIPE.COM charges a $149.99 USD service fee for application assistance. This fee is separate from any government fees charged by CBP or CBSA.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if no work has been performed on your application.

If you have not submitted a completed application form, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment.

If application preparation or submission has already begun, no refund will be issued.

After application data has been submitted into official government systems, refunds cannot be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEXUS-SWIPE.COM is not responsible for:

Government processing delays

Application denials

Interview availability or outcomes

Policy changes by CBP or CBSA

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service.

8. Changes to Terms

NEXUS-SWIPE.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
